A Virtual Office allows you to be in when you’re out by providing you with your own phone number coupled with all the features of our advanced phone system.

Callers can be forwarded to your personal voicemail or seamlessly forwarded to your mobile or other phone.

You only pay BT rates for the forwarded portion of the call.

Examples

If you only want to receive work calls during the day automatic Timeplans can pass calls to your voicemail out of hours (you can specify the times for each day of the week) so you won't be disturbed unnecessarily.

Our Auto-Attendant can allow calls to a single number to be routed to different people: 'Press 1 for John, 2 for Sarah etc'. The call will be forwarded to the appropriate person. A separate virtual office subscription would be needed for each separate person that calls can be forwarded to.

If you or a colleague miss a call you can be notified by e-mail instantly (even if the caller hangs up without leaving a message) so you don't accidentally miss valuable sales. If you have employees working in different locations this is a simple way to ensure they are handling calls correctly.

Call Recordings can easily allow you to monitor your own and your employee calls to resolve 'Who said what?' disputes or improve training.

Our Virtual Office Service is available at only £29.99 per month.

The minimum payment term is 3 months.

Prepay 6 months to receive a 5% discount.

Prepay 12 months to receive a 10% discount.

We require ID and proof of address when you set up your virtual office agreement.
