Phone Package
You can choose to use as many or as few phones as you wish in your office suite.
You only pay for what you need.
Whether you have 1 phone or 100 phones you can benefit from all the features listed below at no extra cost.
There is NO line rental to add and no minimum time commitment.
To get the most from your phone we recommend that you opt for a digital phone with full colour screen making it easy to manage the full range of features at your disposal. Less feature rich analog phones are also available if you prefer.
Digital phone + phone number + all the features detailed below: £7.49 per week.
Analog phone + phone number + all the features detailed below: £4.99 per week.
Initial configuration and training (one off charge): £49.99 per phone.
Phone Numbers
Each physical phone is provided with its own local phone number.
You can of course redirect any phone number you already control to a phone number we provide you.
We can provide additional numbers e.g. to provide a single number that will ring a group of phones together whilst also retaining an individual number for each specific phone.
Additional Phone Numbers are £2.49 each per week.

CLI: Display any number you control to the people you call.
No Engaged Tones: If you are busy callers can hold or leave a message.
Missed Call Notification: Instantly receive an e-mail of the callers number.
Voicemail: Have your messages sent to you by e-mail or phone.
Timeplans: Alternate greetings and call forwarding options out of hours.
Recordings: Record all your calls or just those that you choose.
On Hold Music: Choose background music to suit your image.
Departments: A single number rings several phones together or in sequence.
Do Not Disturb: Temporarily block all calls except from numbers you specify.
Forwarding: Route calls to alternate numbers if you don't pick up.
Partnering: Calls ring on your office phone & any other phone(s) concurrently.
Hot Desking: Make any phone become your phone by entering your code.
Auto Attendant: '1 for sales, 2 for accounts' etc. Set up to your specification.
Call Collect: Easily pull a call ringing on a colleagues phone to your phone.
Conference Calls: Host calls between several people concurrently.
Remote Access: Easily access voicemail, configure forwarding & more.
Directory: Share your contacts & speed dials with colleagues or keep them private.

Call Rates
Calls are charged at BT standard business rates.
You are provided with a monthly itemised bill for each phone detailing every call made. We can provide reports showing a breakdown of calls to different numbers (e.g. mobile, local, national etc) so you can see what you are spending on different calls.
There is no line rental that you would normally have to pay to BT.
Support
Your telecoms requirements will probably change over time. As part of our package we will take the necessary time if & when you require it to help you make the most of your phones. Of course all ongoing maintenance is included as standard.
