Officebase is a trading name of Spensa Ltd. Spensa is privately owned and has operated in the UK since 2002 with directors operating Serviced Office businesses in the UK and Europe since 1995.

Spensa also operates Self Storage stores. We are growing and are actively seeking locations for new stores and offices in the UK. We can acquire existing self storage and serviced office businesses.
